No - If you know the product codes for the items you wish to order, just click on 'quick order' (located on the right hand side of your screen) and type in the product number and the quantity that you wish to order. If you are not sure of the products you are wanting to purchase, you can 'search' for products by name, ingredient or number. Any items in the search field that you want to purchase, just type in a quantity (Qty) in the clear box that appears beside the product, then click 'add to cart'. From here, you can either 'resume shopping'or go to 'checkout'. NB: The 'clear cart' button will delete your entire order. Once you have placed your order you will then need to proceed to checkout where you will place your details and nominate a password so you can 'log in' for future orders.
‘Log in’ is a link located at the top right hand corner of the front homepage. Click on this link which will then prompt you to enter your e-mail address and your password. If you have not placed an order on our Golden Glow Web Site before, proceed with the steps mentioned under the query 'as above':
To change any details on your account, 'log on' as above. Once you have logged on successfully, it will give you an option at the bottom underneath your account details saying 'edit your details'. Click this button to change any of your personal details including your password and e-mail address.
To retrieve this click on the 'log in' button on the top right hand corner. You will see a field titled 'lost password', type in your e-mail address and surname and click on 'submit form'. Your password will be then emailed to you, and you should receive it in about 10 minutes.
However we must have your current e-mail address on file for this to work.
Please double check your password by going to the 'lost password' field located by clicking on the 'log in' button and go through the steps to retreive your password.When you receive the e-mail check the password carefully, copy and paste the password from the E-mail on to the Web site if you are having trouble. The password is also case sensitive. To change your password, log on, click 'edit your details'. Here you can change your password.
Please use your old e-mail address to log on with your password. Once logged in go to the 'edit your details' button under your details. Here you may change your e-mail address to the new one. Then you can use your new e-mail address to log on next time you order.
This is tricky as there is no use putting in your old address that is registered on your online account as you will not receive three e-mail to your new e-mail address. Please ring our call centre where they will collect your details and new e-mail address. They will then take your details to the Web Coordinator where she will change your old e-mail address to your new address. Then she will do a request 'lost password' which will send the information to your new e-mail. We are not able to tell you your password, this information is private and we cannot view your password on our database.
